Hy-On-A Hill News:

  • The 2019 Season:   We once again have a good inventory of healthy, lively, homegrown fish - all in many sizes. We have become renowned all over New England for the Quality of our fish. Spring is just around the corner and now is the time to start thinking about placing your order for 2019. The sooner you can get your order in, the more flexible we can be with our delivery schedules. Normally,we like to start stocking trout the first full week of April. Office hours this year are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The farm will be staffed on weekends, but no one will be available to answer the phone.
  • 2019 Customer Pickup Day:   Our 2019 Customer Pickup Day will be held on Saturday, April 20. Trout under 8" in size can be picked up at the farm between 9:00am and 5:00pm by customers who wish to transport their own. We package the trout in oxygenated, plastic bags which customers can easily carry to their ponds. (Your pond doesn't need to be completely free of ice before stocking)
